Hi, my name is Kerry Jones. First, I want to welcome you to my web site, come2ut.com. I am excited about the opportunity to represent myself through the amazing medium of the Internet. I have always tried to stay on the cutting edge of technology, and, of course, the internet is continuing to have an incredibly positive effect on this industry.

My goal with this website is to provide good solid information to anyone who might be considering buying or selling Utah real estate--and to offer free consultation on real issues anyone wishes to ask. I feel the greatest service I offer my clients is extensive experience in the real-estate industry. I am very open to all comments and suggestions anyone has regarding come2ut.com and welcome your feedback.

As an aside, I'm a native of this great state (born & raised in Provo, just about 40 miles south of Salt Lake City). I've lived a couple of times in California (another great state), but have spent most of my adult life in various communities in Salt Lake & Utah counties. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to raise all of my children here (all of whom are out of the house "doing their own thing"). My husband and I have recently become "empty-nesters"!

Years ago, I spent a year selling insurance (something I wasn't very good at), and was encouraged by a Realtor friend to get my license and go to work for him. I took to it immediately, as it gave me great pleasure to be able to help people achieve their goals, which is the most fulfilling aspect of this job. The relationships I've developed in this profession is a huge reward. Every transaction is filled with a different set of challenges, and I find if I'm not careful, it can totally take over my life (and has on occasion!). I'm trying very hard to establish and maintain more balance in my life, so when I'm not listing and selling homes, I'm either spending time with family, working in my yard (very therapeutic), or jogging in the early morning hours. In addition, weekly service work is part of my schedule, and I try to find time now and then to attend live theater productions and the symphony.

In my career, I don't measure my success by the amount of profit I produce, but by the trust I earn; NOT by the number of transactions I've closed, but by the strength of my reputation; NOT by the number of clients I've attracted, but by the quality of every relationship I make.
